WHAT TO EXPECT
DURING YOUR SESSION ...
After determining your intention for your session you will be guided into the Harmonic Egg Ellipse® by a trained Egg Guardian.
You will be seated in a zero gravity chair and reclined to your comfort level.
You will be given a blanket for comfort. You will have a call bell if you should need anything during the session.
Each session is 40 minutes of music followed by 10 minutes of silence.
It is important during your session that you relax and allow your body to do what it needs to do, whether you are awake or asleep, it is still working!
After each session you will be provided with an electrolyte drink and follow up information pertaining to each session as well as recommendations based on your specific wellness journey will be emailed for you to review after you have arrived home.
